Lead Yourself First
A guided practice written by CAVE for this app — not text from the book.
Scripture · KJV
Read Proverbs 16:32 — on he that ruleth his spirit.
Reflection
The hardest person you will ever lead will keep showing up in your mirror. Self-leadership is the quiet engine of every healthy team.
Question
Where does your leadership depend on control instead of trust?
Prayer
God, govern my spirit so that I can serve people well.
Declaration
I lead best when I am led.
Action step
Ask one person you lead what they need from you this month.
