The Instrument Needs Tuning
A guided practice written by CAVE for this app — not text from the book.
Scripture · KJV
Read Romans 12:2 — on renewing of the mind.
Reflection
A mind out of calibration still works — it just reads everything slightly wrong. Before you fight your thoughts, notice which ones you have simply agreed with for years.
Question
Which thought have you accepted as fact without ever testing it against God's Word?
Prayer
Father, tune what I believe about myself to what You have said. Where I have agreed with fear, teach me to agree with truth.
Declaration
My mind is being renewed, not ruined.
Action step
Write one recurring thought, then write the Scripture reference that answers it.
